Below you can see how Padlet and Google look embedded

Google: For working collaboratively on a Google Slide or Doc you have to provide the link on the Google Site. Embedding only will help to show your content but not edit it.

Padlet: When embedding Padlet, you can work on the Padlet right-away without needing the link for the Padlet Board.
