Students interested in enrolling in the GFI must complete this application by the designated deadlines below.

Application Deadline:

• The PRIORITY deadline to submit the application is Friday, October 4th, 2024 by 11:59 EST.

• The FINAL deadline to submit the application is Friday, October 11th, 2024 by 11:59 EST.

Applications submitted after these deadlines will only be reviewed and considered, space permitting.

Eligibility Requirements to apply:

• Current NYU undergraduate or graduate student

• Must be in good academic standing

Application materials required:

• Current Resume

• Copy of unofficial NYU Transcript 

• Essay (350 word maximum) answering: 

  • Why are you interested in participating in the Tisch Center Global Field Intensive program? Describe the impact this experience will have on your academic/professional goals.

Please note:

Applicants will be notified about the status of their application the week of October 15-18, 2024. Students are instructed to not make any financial commitments or purchase towards a Tisch Center GFI program until they have received the official notification of program status. DO NOT purchase any airfare or make travel plans until you receive an email from our department with specific instructions to do so.
