*Congratulations and welcome to the Schack Institute of Real Estate. We are excited for you to begin your academic journey. If you were admitted into the Schack Institute of Real Estate prior to the Spring 2022 semester you will follow
CORE CURRICULUM (48 credits)

3. Texts and Ideas (4 credits)
a. Any CORE-UA 400 level class
4. Math Requirement (Need to complete 8 credits/2 courses total)
a. Algebra and Calc (MATH-UA 9)
b. Calculus I (MATH-UA 121) or Math for Economics I (MATH-UA 211)
c. Calculus II (MATH-US 122) or Math for Economics II (MATH-UA 212)
d. Any Core UA-100 level class
5. Natural Science (4 credits)
a. Any CORE-UA 200 or 300 level class
6. Societies and the Social Sciences (4 credits)
