A minor in Real Estate Development provides a targeted set of courses to build a foundation of knowledge that can overlay and enhance complementary study programs. Through courses in development fundamentals, market analysis, and management, the minor incorporates an interdisciplinary approach to make students fluent in the vocabulary, techniques, challenges, and opportunities facing the real estate industry. Students who complete the minor in Real Estate Development will have a grounding in real estate fundamentals and can pursue a range of career pathways that augment knowledge gained in a student’s chosen major.
