Program Dates: June 3rd - August 9th
Location: We expect our Summer 2024 cohort to be hybrid with in-person sessions at NYU from June 3rd - July 26th and online sessions from July 29th -August 9th

Admission Timelines:
Dec 15th, 2023: Summer application opens
Feb 15th, 2024 (11:59 pm EST): applications are due
Early March 2024: Zoom interviews for select participants
Late March 2024: Applicants will be notified of admittance, waitlist, or decline
Eligibility Criteria
The QUEST program is open to all interested candidates regardless of race/ethnicity and who:
Will be rising college seniors or recent college graduates (within 2 years of earning an undergraduate degree)
Have demonstrated a strong academic potential
Major or minor in psychology or a closely related field
Have a desire to obtain a graduate degree in the field of applied social sciences
Students who are authorized to work in the United States
Committed to exploring applied research topics in Communities of Color

For your application to be complete, you must:
Upload a Resume/Cover Letter
Upload Unofficial Transcripts
Two Letters of Recommendation
Complete Short Answer Questions (There are several questions related to research experience, academic background, and career/professional goals)
Application Instructions:
Please note applications will be open from December 15th, 2023 to February 15th, 2024
1. Fill out the QUEST Application Creation Form. In this form, you will be asked to provide some basic information, such as name, date of birth, and email, in order to create your account in our application system.
2. Upon submission of the Application Creation Form, you will receive an email containing a temporary PIN and instructions for finalizing your account setup. Please follow these steps carefully.
3. To resume your application, log into the Application Management page and proceed through the application. Please pay close attention to the information on the Instructions page for guidelines regarding the submission of the application and any required supplemental documents.
4. After submitting your application, you will receive a confirmation email.
5. Within a few days after submitting your application, you will receive a second email containing your NYU credentials and instructions for accessing your applicant portal, where you can check the status of your application and any missing documents.
