To-Do: Tasks that have been assigned to the team and have not been started
Doing: Tasks that have been started and are a work in progress
Review: Tasks that have been completed and need to be reviewed by the entire team
Gitbook Stuff: items completed in Google Slides to be moved to ebook platform & made interactive
Done: Tasks that have been approved by the team during the review phase
Previously completed: Tasks unrelated to the sprint that have already been completed
How frequently will you meet?
Daily updates in Slack + one hour meetings on Sundays at 12pm
What is the format and activities of the meeting? What is length?
Using Zoom audio, round robin updates from each member

Trello Board
We used Trello as our all-in-one communication center for task delegation and updates. During our weekly meetings on Slack video or Zoom, we would add new tasks, clarify which posts were outstanding, and decide who would review completed project contents.
Slack Messaging
Slack: our main form of daily communication with the Captain Planet team. It was a life-saver!
