All new and transfer students must complete the Student Health History form in the SHC Student Portal. The information will help us better understand your health needs and assist us in providing you with the best care and treatment.

In an effort to maintain a safe and aware community, all incoming graduate and undergraduate students are required to complete this online education course on sexual misconduct prevention and response at NYU.
You will receive an email a few weeks before the deadline with detailed instructions to complete the course.

Enroll in or Waive NYU-sponsored Student Health Insurance
Most students are automatically enrolled in and charged premium for an NYU-sponsored student health insurance plan (NYU-sponsored plan) as part of the course registration process. Students who maintain alternate health insurance coverage that meets the University’s minimum health insurance criteria may waive the NYU-sponsored student health insurance plan entirely.

Students Starting in Spring 2021
