Learning Objectives
Students will apply negotiation and problem-solving techniques to reach mutually beneficial resolutions.
Students will assess and reflect on personal conflict resolution strategies for continuous improvement.

Activity: Roleplay
As a class, students will brainstorm recent conflict scenarios they have experienced or witnessed. Students will be split into groups of 4 (two to conduct the role play, two to observe/offer feedback, and then switch) and choose one of the conflict scenarios to act out, choosing their own conflict style as reviewed in Week 1 (Avoiding, Accommodating, Forcing, Compromising, Collaborating).
After working through the scenario, time will be given to collect feedback from the observers and collect insight to be shared for a post-activity class reflection.

Peer and Self Assessment: Students will engage in peer assessment and self assessment activities where students actively participate in evaluating their work and the work of other students participating in the session. After completing the roleplay activity students will reflect on their strengths, their classmates' strengths and areas for improvement for the class overall.
