Types of Review:
● Probation
-First six months
-Managed via Employee Relations Office
● Annual Performance Review
-Discuss Performance of the past year
-Set Goals for the coming year
-Agree on a performance rating (to inform AMI)
● Contract Review
-At least six months prior to your contract end date
● Promotion Review
-Typically to be reviewed within the contract review cycle for promotion.
Timeline for 2020-21:
Step 1:
January 31: Deadline for Academic Staff to submit docket via Interfolio
February 25: Meet with Supervisor/Program Head, discuss goals and objectives for the coming year
Step 2:
Supervisor/Program Head forwards the docket with their recommendation to the Dean's Office
Step 3:
NYUAD Dean to evaluate the docket and submit their recommendation via Interfolio
Step 4:
March 18-31: Outcome of the annual performance review shared with Academic Staff
