個人簡介
恐懼是一種在物種間高度保留的情緒過程。控制恐懼輸出並調節恐懼學習的關鍵腦區之一是中央杏仁核的外側亞區(CeL)。CeL是一個小的核心,由超過90%交錯的GABA(γ-氨基丁酸)能神經元組成,被認為提供持續的抑制以調節下游的杏仁核區域。儘管最近CeL神經元被根據恐懼學習後的活動變化功能上被分為CeLon或CeLoff神經元,但CeL內部抑制微電路的固有特性和功能連通性仍然未知。在過去的5年裡,我專注於CeL神經元的異質性,並通過探索功能標誌物(生長抑制素)的表達、電性質、神經傳遞和CeL突觸的短時程可塑性,繪製CeL的GABAergic突觸。我將進一步深入瞭解在或之後的恐懼條件測試期間,CeL突觸是否會發生變化。
