個人簡介
我於2010年在國立陽明大學取得神經科學博士學位。在完成一年的兵役後,我成為了連實驗室的博士後研究員。在攻讀博士學位期間,我專注於酸敏感離子通道(ASICs)在海馬內神經元中的亞基表達和功能特性,結合了電生理記錄和單細胞RT-PCR。我們發現ASICs的亞基組成和功能特性在海馬內神經元中是細胞類型特定的。 最近,單細胞電壓成像引起了我的注意。我目前正在建立相關的設備和技能。單細胞電壓成像為我們提供了檢測亞細胞域膜電位變化的非凡機會,這在膜片夾記錄中難以訪問。我們相信電壓成像技術將有助於理解神經元中的信息處理。
