Apprenticeship Programs

Apprenticeship programs provide pathways to well-paying careers. These programs combine classwork with paid, on-the-job training. Students earn while they learn. A solid foundation in math and English is necessary for high school students. For further information, visit the Occupational Handbook:

Many Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (JATC) apprenticeships offer Nevada college credits during training. In many cases, these college credits are paid for by the apprenticeship programs.

Partnership Programs

The Western Apprenticeship Coordinators Association sponsors a number of apprenticeship programs, as listed below, through its member organizations.
