Rules and Regulations

• All winning artwork for the VOICE-CCSD Juried Arts Competition will be displayed during the exhibition. 

• Works submitted to the competition must be available for display for the duration of the exhibition 

• Each art teacher will be allowed to submit a maximum of 3 entries (see document below on size restrictions). 

• A student cannot have artwork submitted to multiple categories by different teachers, only one submission per student.

• Each entry is $20.00 

• Artwork pick up is mandatory and work left in the gallery will be disposed of. 

• VOICE/CCSD will not be responsible for the safety of artwork not picked up according to schedule.

• Artwork must belong to a CCSD student and be the student's original art​.

• Copies of artworks will be disqualified, work must be an original artwork created by a CCSD student.

• Artwork must be completed within the last year and not have been previously entered in the VOICE competition.

• Artwork must be created by a full time CCSD student who is currently enrolled in a CCSD school with a CCSD instructor.

• Payment of $20.00 must be paid in full. 

• Each category will be reviewed separately by a juror and will not be subdivided by media for judging purposes.

• Each category is reviewed by one judge, each judge will select a 1st, 2nd, 3rd Place and  Honorable Mention.

• The three jurors will select one Best in Show award as a group​​.

• Amount awarded per category: 1st - $250, 2nd - $150, 3rd - $100, 2 Honorable Mention - $50, Best in Show - $500.

All winning works will be on display during the exhibition.
