Categories and Media

Categories & Media

Art students must select a category to work towards and create work in a suitable media to best express the focal concept for each category. The three categories will not be subdivided by media during the review process. Each judge will review one category and select a 1st, 2nd, 3rd place and 2 Honorable Mention awards for the category he or she is reviewing.

Each art teacher may submit a maximum of three pieces for consideration, each submission is $20.00. A student cannot have artwork submitted to multiple categories by different teachers, only one submission per student.
