Parking/Drop Off

                      SOUTH CTA STUDENT DROP-OFF/PICK-UP PROCEDURES

To help ensure a safe and efficient student drop-off and pick-up experience at South Career and Technical Academy (South CTA), please follow the procedures below:

• Enter campus from either Gillespie Street or La Cienega Street.

• Follow the designated traffic flow through the parking lot in a continuous loop.

• Use the curbside sidewalk areas for student drop-off and pick-up.

• Keep bus loading zones and designated kindergarten areas clear to support student transportation operations.

• Follow all roadway markings and traffic patterns throughout the parking lot.

• Drive slowly and carefully, maintaining a speed of 5 MPH or less while on campus.

• Continue through the traffic loop rather than making U-turns to help keep vehicles moving safely and efficiently.

By following these procedures, families help create a safer environment for students and staff while improving traffic flow and reducing congestion on Gillespie Street and La Cienega Street.
