School Organizational Team Information

The reorganization of CCSD will ensure schools are transparent with school data, school performance plan, and alignment of budget. The reorganization structure puts a team in place at each school called a School Organizational Team (SOT). This team consists of a non-licensed representative (Support Staff), and a mixed-ratio of teacher to parent representation. This team will assist and advise the school principal in the development and implementation of the school plan of operation, consisting of the school performance plan and the strategic budget. Meetings will be held typically at 3:20 PM. in the library. The link below are an introduction and overview of the reorganization of the Clark County School District by the Superintendent.
