Academic Planning Meetings with Counselors:

Skyhawks, academic planning meetings are held in the fall! It is time to discuss your credits and diploma type with your counselor, and to make sure you are on track to graduate and meeting the goals you have set for yourself. Once this year's dates are determined that counselors will be meeting with each grade level for academic planning meetings, they will be posted here! Remember, you can always review your credits on Infinite Campus on your Academic Plan or via your transcript under the documents tab.

During your scheduled meeting counselors will discuss:

• Diploma types 

• Credits toward graduation

• Discuss any necessary adjustments

Class of 2029: Counselors will present to High School Transition to freshmen classes on August 21 & 22

Class of 2026: Meets with counselors during the week of August 25, 2025

Class of 2027: Meets with counselors during the week of September 2, 2025

Class of 2028: Meets with counselors during the week of September 16, 2025

Class of 2029: Meet with counselors during November 2025 to complete their Academic Plans

Pre-Registration Meetings with Counselors:

Skyhawks, pre-registration meeting are held in the spring! It is time to discuss your classes with your counselor for the following school year. Once this year's dates are determined that counselors will be meeting with each grade level to discuss their schedules for the next school year, they will be posted here! Remember, you can always review your credits on Infinite Campus on your Academic Plan or via your transcript under the documents tab.

During your scheduled meeting counselors will discuss:

• Classes selected on for pre-registration

• Summer school enrollment

• Discuss any necessary adjustments

Seniors will meet for a final academic planning meeting:

Class of 2026: Meets with counselors during the week of January 12, 2026

Class of 2027: Meets with counselors during the week of January 20, 2026

Class of 2028: Meets with counselors during the week of February 10, 2026

Class of 2029: Meets with counselors during the week of February 17, 2026

Class of 2030: Counselors will visit middle schools the week of March 9, 2026
