- State Leadership Conference (SLC) is a state-level competition for members of HOSA willing to participate in their self-selected event.
- There are several types of competitive events to choose from, including Medical Terminology, Medical Math, CPR/First Aid, Sports Medicine, etc.
- Competitive events can be individual or in groups.
- Competitive events can be knowledge testing (multiple choice/scan tron), presentation-based (poster boards), or in groups (i.e. debate, CPR/First Aid, HOSA Bowl).
- You can choose to compete in the same event in later years.
