After-school Tutoring runs from 2:30 pm-5:00 pm on Mondays - Fridays. The program is open to all CCSD students Kinder- through Twelfth-grade students. Families can sign their students up for tutoring at www.ascsclv.net or at the Center from Monday through Friday at the ASCSC office

Academic Opportunity Period (AOP)

All students at Las Vegas High School must complete all assignments; homework/classwork is not an option. If a student fails to complete a homework/classwork assignment, the teacher will assign the student to academic opportunity period (AOP). The student will stay after school and complete the missing assignment for full credit. Additionally, students that fail to attend AOP are reassigned to AOP the following day; if the students that fail to attend the reassigned AOP, the student will receive a minimum F for that assignment.
