I love a good book, coffee and just about every genre of music. I have a major love for animals and enjoy participating in volunteer activities to help them. Animals can be very therapeutic and I like to educate children on how they can be beneficial to our mental health. I love whales and one of the best past times I had, was when I was able to swim with Beluga whales. They are the sweetest! Aside from animals, friends and family, I, just like everyone else, need to make sure I keep healthy coping skills in place. I practice what I teach to students and have started my mastery in meditation.
