If you are having trouble logging into your google account it is likely due to a password reset. The passwords have been reset to the student’s date of birth. So if their birth date is today, August 1st, 2021, then their password will be 20210801 (note that you will need to use the four digit year of birth, two digit month, and two digit day).  

If that does not work, have them go to myaccount.ccsd.net for help.
