Dual Enrollment Application Instructions

**If you have already applied for the Dual Enrollment Program through Nevada State University, DO NOT complete this application! You are already active in the Nevada State system.

**If you have taken a class at a Nevada State University, you should have an NSHE ID. You will need it to complete the application. If you forgot your ID, ask your teacher or counselor. If you do not have an NSHE ID, you will be assigned one when you submit this form.

Request your transcript from Nevada State

Once you complete your Dual Enrollment class(es) at Liberty High School, and you would like these grades submitted to another college or university, you MUST request your Nevada State transcripts from Nevada State University.
