Top 5 Tips

Tip #1: Do you have missing assignments?  Yes?

Can you still turn them in? Do it!

Start turning them in on time from now on!

Tip #2: Do you have low scores on assignments?  Yes?

Take your time - make sure to check your work before submitting

Complete the whole assignment - ASK FOR HELP

Tip #3: Do you have low test scores?  Yes?

Spend quality time preparing at home; studying, reviewing materials, etc. Consider studying/reviewing with a friend.

Spend time completing all of your practice/review work (class/homework)

Tip #4: To further your understanding in ANY subject or need additional assistance

Speak to your teacher to coordinate one-on-one assistance.  

Practice the vocabulary

Attend after school tutoring: Wednesdays from 3:00-4:15 PM.  Math and Science. No CCSD bus transportation is available.

Tip #5: Use ANY extra time to:

Re-read your notes, check over your work, practice questions from the textbook, if applicable.
