Did you know that you can earn Community Service credit that will reflect on your high school transcript?
Students can earn 0.5 elective credit for completing 60 hours (or 1.0 credit for 120 hours) of volunteer work at a school-approved community agency, with a maximum of 1 credit.
Approved agencies may include organizations such as the Boys and Girls Clubs, Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada, Discovery Children's Museum, Project 150, The Animal Foundation, YMCA, and others.

This is a 15-week program, hosted by the Southern Nevada Water Authority and Springs Preserve through the Youth Conservation Council. The program takes place from January to April.
