How do I get started?

Step 1: Click on the "Digital Registration Form" below and fill it out completely.

Step 2: Feel free to view the "All City Info Flyer" OR our "FAQ document" for your reference.

Step 3: Send your festival fee of $100.00 (per ensemble) 1st & 2nd group | $125.00 (per ensemble) 3rd & 4th group. *Please note, a confirmation email will be sent to directors once the festival committee receives your festival fees. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your ensemble will not be listed under our registration records.  

Step 4: Be on the look-out for an email from our festival committee, confirming your spot at our festival around Dec. 2025 & Jan 2026.

NOTE: Festival fees are due on Friday, December 12th, 2025 by 3:59pm - $25.00 late fee for each group not accounted for.
