The Online Registration for New Families

This is the first step to the registration process. If you are new to Clark County School District click on the icon below and select New to CCSD District Students to get started.

Note: If you were once in Clark County School District and left to go to another school outside of the District, you will need to do the online registration under New to CCSD District Students.

CreatING Your Account

After the registration process is complete, every Parent or Guardian of the household will have access to a Parent Portal login. If the Parent or Guardian has been provided with the Parent Access Code, please follow the link that will take you to activate your account to create your username and password.

Note: This works only if you are the Parent/Guardian of the student's household.

Please visit the Infinite Campus page to learn more about how to download the Campus Parent app on your smartphone for faster and better use.

Please bring the following documents:

1. Original Birth Certificate

2. Immunization Records

Please bring the following documents:

3. Proof of Residency (must be one of the following):

• Utility Bill (NV Energy, Southwest Gas, or water)

OR

• Lease Agreement/Residential Letter (must be signed from within the 30 days of move in)

4. Parent/Guardian ID

5. Academic Records (can be one of the following, if applicable):

• Unofficial Transcript (preferred)
• Most Recent Report Card
• Withdrawal Documentation

Note: The registration process will not be completed until all required documents and forms have been submitted to begin the registration process. Any documentation (including proof of residency) must match the name of the parent/guardian from their ID. Cable and phone bills are not an acceptable form of proof. There will be additional documentation if the proof of residency is under another individual's name.

Residential Affidavit

Only required if the utility bills are not under the parent's/guardian's name. This form requires a notary.

Guardianship Documentation

Only required if (when applicable) if student is under the care and living with someone other than the parent. The Short-Term Temporary Guardianship will need to be renewed every six months. Legal guardianship through the courts will need to be copied by the Registrar prior to enrolling.

Immunization Requirements

If you need assistance in determining which vaccinations your student needs in order to start the enrollment process, please take a look at the Immunization Requires down below. These were provided by the CCSD Health Department and the Southern Nevada Health District. These vaccinations are required through the Southern Nevada Health District.
