If you moved before April 8, 2019, we will need to have an updated proof of residency in order for the Registrar's Office to approve your online registration.
Parents/Guardians must sign into their Infinite Campus Parent Portal to do the online registration. It is required that every school year, current families in CCSD must complete the online registration. For better services and resources, you can always visit the Parent Resources page to conveniently manage your child's academic progress.
Note: If you are having trouble logging on, please view the 2019 Infinite Campus Parent Portal Instructions Quick Guide from the Infinite Campus page that will help you reset your username and/or password.
If you were not provided with an access code to setup your account after registering your child, please come to the Registrar's Office and bring a valid driver's license or a government issued photo ID to obtain one or you may call us during our usual business office hours.
Please bring the following documents:
1. Proof of Residency (must be one of the following):

2. Parent/Guardian ID
Note: The registration process will not be completed until all required documents and forms have been submitted to begin the registration process. Any documentation (including proof of residency) must match the name of the parent/guardian from their ID. Cable and phone bills are not an acceptable form of proof. There will be additional documentation if the proof of residency is under another individual's name.

These documents are only required if these specific situations pertain to you. The registration process will not be completed until all required forms and documentation needs to be submitted to begin the registration process.
Residential Affidavit
Only required if the utility bills are not under the parent's/guardian's name. This form requires a notary.
Guardianship Documentation
Only required if (when applicable) if student is under the care and living with someone other than the parent. The Short-Term Temporary Guardianship will need to be renewed every six months. Legal guardianship through the courts will need to be copied by the Registrar prior to enrolling.
