Hey there, Chargers!

My name is Cassandra Manoogian, I’m one of your Clark Communities in Schools site coordinators! This is my second year at Clark High School and I could not be more excited to be back. A little bit about me, I was born and raised here in Las Vegas. I attended Bishop Gorman High School and graduated in 2013. In 2017 I graduated from UNLV with my Bachelor of Science in Human Services Counseling with minors in Marriage & Family Therapy and Addiction Treatment & Prevention. I am currently pursing my Master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy. Freshman year of high school I took my first psychology class and immediately fell in love. Learning about the mind and mental health became a passion of mine along with helping others. Since taking that class, I wanted to be an advocate and work to help other high school students because while I went to a great high school, we lacked majorly in student-support, mental health advocacy and more. Luckily now I get to be a part in changing that for high schools across the valley and that’s when I got hired with CIS in July of 2019!

A little bit about me personally, I I have a wheaten terrier, Ollie (who is the CUTEST thing) and three betta fish, Mango, Flora & Peach. In my free time I enjoy drawing, painting, organizing, traveling, being outdoors and spending time with my family and friends.

I’m so excited to be back at Clark and working with students again! Please reach out if I can do anything to help you through this school year or if you have any questions.
