Arbor View High School Speech & Debate finished the season strong. Parker Henry finished 2nd place in US Extemporaneous Speaking, Azalea Strouse and Zacharee Paul finished 3rd place in Duo Interpretation, Graydon Proby finished 4th place in International Extemporaneous Speaking, and Xander Medina finished 6th place in Humorous Interpretation. Congratulations also go to Isabelle Peterson, Alyssa Bronzan, Ivan Bremicker, Livy Deines, and Alex Colby for their strong performances at the tournament. It was a fun season and we look forward to next year!

Arbor View put in a strong performance at the 2023 County Championships. We're so proud of Alex Colby for placing 6th in the county in Varsity Senate Congressional Debate and Parker Henry for placing 3rd in the county in Varsity Domestic Extemporaneous Speaking.

This was the first annual Nevada Novice Championship hosted by The Meadows School. Ivan Bremicker, Livy Deines, Isabelle Peterson, Zacharee Paul, Azalea Strouse, Xander Medina, and Mariah Schuler all competed in the tournament. Isabelle Peterson, Zacharee Paul, Azalea Strouse, Xander Medina, and Mariah Schuler all made it to finals in Congressional Debate. Azalea Strouse placed 5th in the state in Novice Congressional Debate.   

The Arbor View High School Speech and Debate team had a strong showing at the 20th Annual Palo Verde High School Panther Classic Speech and Debate Tournament. We're proud to announce that Isabelle Peterson finished 4th in Varsity Original Oratory and Alex Colby finished 4th in Junior Varsity House Congressional Debate. 

The Arbor View High School Speech and Debate team took a trip to Disneyland to celebrate our season so far. Everyone had an amazing time and is now energized for the rest of the regular season and the upcoming post season!

The Arbor View High School Speech and Debate team had a great weekend at the Foothill High School  Speech and Debate Tournament. We're thrilled to announce that Isabelle Peterson finished 3rd in Novice Original Oratory.
