This is our warm up routine for the 2026 track season.
We will do our routine as a group.
Distance/Cross Country athletes will start with 4 laps on the track. All other events will start with 2 laps on the track. The last 200 meters should be the fastest of the warm up to get your heart rate up.

Buddhas
Frankensteins
Side Lunges
High Knees
Butt Kickers
3x skip for height
Jog the curves/Stride the straight aways
Extended Warm Up (must be able to do these properly before you can sprint/jump)
