With us getting ready to head into spring, the weather can be very deceiving. One day it is 70 degrees out and the next day we can have snow falling on the ground. During this time it is very important to make sure that we are taking great care of our mental health. Weather plays a very big role in how we are feeling. It can effect our moods and outlooks.
