INSURANCE AND BILLING
Nutriviva, Inc accepts many insurance plans.
Most insurances cover medical nutrition therapy (MNT) or nutritional counselling visits which are considered medically necessary. Every insurance plan is different, so we recommend that you discuss your coverage with your insurance to have a better understanding of its scope, out-of-pocket expenses, as well as co-pays and deductibles. The MNT procedure code to refer to is 97802 and 97803.

In the case that you do not have insurance or your insurance plan does not cover medical nutrition therapy, we offer a discounted rate for out-of-pocket charges.
Initial visit (1 hour): $150
Follow up (30 minutes): $80
