Allow yourself time to eat breakfast (Fuel that brain).
Allow travelling time (add a buffer just in case something usual happens - a flat tyre, heavy traffic)
Allow time to overcome sleep inertia - your brain takes some time to 'wake up ' and be firing on all cylinders -
Sleep inertia is the feeling of grogginess, disorientation, drowsiness, and cognitive impairment that immediately follows waking. Sleep inertia generally lasts for 15 to 60 minutes6 but may last for up to a few hours after waking.

If you have AARA adjustments of extra time &/or rest breaks, your AM exam session could go longer and your lunch break time may be reduced - the minimum break time is 45 minutes. You will always have this but if you have two exams on one day, please try to bring your lunch so that you are guaranteed to eat something in between exams.
In the PM sessions, if you have AARA adjustments of extra time &/or rest breaks, your finishing time at the end of the day may exceed 3 PM, please make arrangements, if necessary, to get home if you finish later than expected.
