We reach out to school’s representative, CCA presidents, and hall presidents and meeting with them on campus. We will also increase the ease of purchase by using PayLah!, PayAnyone and Bank transfers as mediums of payments.
Social media
We can meet clients physically at NTU or on Zoom to discuss their needs. Additionally, they can place the orders via our email at customasksg@gmail.com. Payment can be made via PayLah!, PayAnyone and bank transfer. Once the orders are ready to be collected, the mask will be distributed to the client on campus or it will be delivered if the client’s location is out of campus.

In order to ensure that our supply chain remains robust in difficult times and volatile economic conditions, we will diversify our partnerships and work with suppliers across Asia and Singapore.

The founders of CustoMask Singapore are also well-connected with various student leaders, club presidents and representatives from various organisations. This extended network allows us to reach a wider audience. We do recognise the possibility of facing credibility issues as a new start-up in the entrepreneurial sector.
