My name is Pastor Ken Parrett, I was saved in 1974 and attended the First Bible Baptist Church of Rochester, New York. Called to preach in 1975 and enrolled in the church's 1st Bible Institute and graduated in 1976. God opened the doors to return to Canada, my home country, in the Summer of 1977. It was in Niagara Falls, Ontario where I met my wife Brenda. She was saved in 1979 while working as a waitress. My wife and I were married 1982. We have four kids, three girls and one boy. I spent 17 years serving the Lord at the Bible Baptist Church of Niagara Falls, ON. In 1994 God opened the doors of ministry in Nova Scotia. I served as pastor in Plympton, Nova Scotia at Calvary Baptist Church for 4 years and then the Lord opened the doors of ministry in Halifax, Nova Scotia in 1998. We are in our 24th year of ministry in Halifax and 28th year in the pastorate.
