As a member of this cohort, you're engaging in a unique professional learning experience designed to both deepen your practice and elevate your leadership. The cohort is built around two core pillars: Learning and Leading. This project sits at the heart of the leading portion of your experience.
Throughout the STEM Implementation Project, you'll take what you've learned and put it into action, selecting a high-quality instructional material (HQIM), implementing it in your classroom, and reflecting on the process. Your goal is to surface what works, what matters, and what other educators can learn from your experience.
As a culminating step, you'll share your learning at the NSTA National Conference, contributing to a larger conversation about authentic, sensemaking-driven STEM instruction.
