Taking part is simple:

1. Discover the OurPitch on Climate Action resources below and a full suite of climate learning at stemcrew.org/climate for an introduction on the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and how athletes are using their platforms to drive positive change

2. Encourage students to explore how oceans and waterways are affected by climate change and pollution, and suggest some solutions

3. Download the helmet template

4. Submit your entries before the deadline!

Judges are looking for bold, original designs that reflect a clear message protecting water environments.

• Open to all students aged 7–16, currently in school

• Entries must be submitted by a teacher, tutor or parent/guardian

• Only one entry per student allowed

• Submissions must include the completed template, school and teacher name, and student’s first name

• 🚫 No external branding, logos, or IP
