What is the apprenticeship:
Howden’s Apprenticeship is a one-year apprenticeship programme for students in their final year of Sixth Form/recent leavers.
Students will learn the foundations of insurance and technology, learn to sell insurance solutions, support clients with their needs, and gain hands-on experience understanding how individuals and businesses protect against risk.
One day a week will be dedicated to studying towards a Level 3 qualification, all while earning a salary and gaining valuable real-world experience
Who can apply:
· Applications are open to all students who have achieved a Grade C or 4 in GCSE English and Maths, with great communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
· Howden don’t ask students for their CV’s and are more interested in seeing how they approach problem-solving.
