Coached cross country, volleyball, basketball, soccer, bouldering & swimming
In my free time, I enjoy hiking, biking, swimming, climbing and anything involving the great outdoors. I love to travel, experience new cultures and find adventure. Being an auntie to my two nieces is pretty great, too.
Here I am about to paddleboard. I enjoy kayaking, canoeing and open water swimming is my favorite. Sometimes, I teach swim lessons at the YMCA, too. Do you know how to swim?
I have downhill skied and snowboarded, but I prefer cross country skiing and snowshoeing. What are your favorite winter sports?
Not only am I a registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance, I have completed YogaKids level 1 & 2 training as well as Elin Snel's Mindfulness Matters program. What is your favorite yoga pose?
I would pick my road bike over a mountain bike any day, but it's always good to get out of my comfort zone. Do you like to bike?
