Students needs to be fully immunized in order to attend school. To avoid interruption in your child's attendance, please consult with your child's health care provider to ensure they are to date with all immunizations.

The Onondaga County Health Department holds an Immunization Clinic every Wednesday morning from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the John H. Mulroy Civic Center (421 Montgomery Street, Syracuse - Basement Level, Room 30).
Appointment Only. No Walk-ins Accepted.
The cost is $25 per person for one vaccine, or $30 per person if getting more than one vaccine. A sliding fee scale is available. Inability to pay is not a barrier to care.
Serves children 2 months to 18 years of age.
Please bring your child's shot records.
