Attitude

By Charles Swindoll

“The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life.  Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, education, success, than what other people think or say or do.  It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company…a church…a home.

The remarkable thing is that we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day.  We cannot change our past – we cannot change the fact that people will act a certain way.  We cannot change the inevitable.

The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have – and that is our attitude.  I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it.

And so it is with you.

We are in charge of our attitudes."

Attitudes are contagious, is yours worth catching?

Welcome to the RRE physical education website.  Check back occasionally for class information, pictures of you in action, website links, and fun things to do.

Our Physical Education Program's ultimate goal is to teach our students the basic fundamental skills needed to be successful in a variety of sport and recreational activities.  We recognize the importance of being active in physical education class while learning the skills to engage in play; at school, at home, and on the playground.

Each Physical Education Class begins with our daily exercise routine that will help improve the students overall muscular strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance.  The games and activities we play focus on increasing the students gross motor development as well as an increase in object control skills.

The goal of our Physical Education program is to provide an physical education experience that focuses on life long fitness, increased health and wellness, basic sport skills, and the importance of team work and cooperation.
