Get those physical exams in! Per NYS, all students entering preschool, kindergarten, 1st and 3rd grades are required to submit an updated physical exam by their doctor. Please email, fax or send in physicals annually when completed.
Medications must be in the original, labeled container. An adult must drop off and sign for all medications. Students are NOT permitted to carry ANY medications. This includes inhalers or cough drops.
Screenings are complete for 3rd graders with a few re-screens scheduled. You will receive a call and a referral with any concerns regarding your student.
