End Of Year Medication Pick Up

• All medications must be picked up by an adult, no later than Thursday June 25th at noon.

• All remaining medications will be disposed of per our district policy.

Preparing for Next Year

• All students entering Kindergarten, 1st, 3rd and 5th grades are required to submit a physical exam. Please continue to send in physicals when they are completed.

• Medication orders and care plans for Diabetes, Seizures, Asthma and Allergies must be updated and sent in every school year.
