Join us at the Back to School BBQ on 9/2! I will be available for any medication/order drop offs. Due to scheduled meetings within the district, I may be out of the office intermittently on 9/2 and 9/3. Please call or email to schedule a drop off time on those dates.
Preparing for the School Year
Medication orders and care plans for Diabetes, Seizures, Asthma and Allergies must be updated and sent in every school year.
Medications must be labeled and in the labeled/unopened container. An adult must drop off and sign for all medications. Students are NOT permitted to carry ANY medications. This includes inhalers or cough drops.
Per NYS requirements, all students entering kindergarten, 1st and 3rd grades are required to submit a physical exam. Please email, fax or send in when complete.
