Preparing for Next Year
All students entering Kindergarten, 1st, 3rd and 5th grades are required to submit a physical exam. Please continue to send in physicals when they are completed.
Medication orders and care plans for Diabetes, Seizures, Asthma and Allergies must be updated and sent in every school year.
