Students with life threatening allergies, requiring emergency medications, are required to have a physician complete an Allergy Action Plan.  Having an updated and documented plan is imperative to the safety of our students.

• The Allergy Action Plan must be provided to the Health Office before the start of each school year. 

• Emergency medications are to be supplied by the parent/ guardian at the start of each school year.

• Food Service staff and teachers will be notified of all food allergies.

• To remove dietary restrictions, a letter from a physician is required.

• At end of year, all medications must be picked up by a parent/ guardian or it will be discarded.
