Allergies
Students with life threatening allergies, requiring emergency medications, are required to have a physician complete an Allergy Action Plan. Having an updated and documented plan is imperative to the safety of our students.
The Allergy Action Plan must be provided to the Health Office before the start of each school year.
Emergency medications are to be supplied by the parent/ guardian at the start of each school year.
Food Service staff and teachers will be notified of all food allergies.
To remove dietary restrictions, a letter from a physician is required.
At end of year, all medications must be picked up by a parent/ guardian or it will be discarded.
Please see the NSCSD Food Services Page for more information on Food Allergies. https://www.nscsd.org/districtpage.cfm?pageid=1205
