5th Grade Band

In 5th Grade Band, Neary musicians expand upon what they learned in 4th Grade! They learn more notes and rhythms, work on more challenging repertoire, and develop more independent skills. As they build confidence we are able to have more fun with the music that we make!

The 5th Grade Band rehearses together on Tuesday mornings before school and every other Friday during the school day. Our concerts are in December and June at the Trottier auditorium. In March we share a song to commemorate Music In Our Schools Month, and in May we transform into the 5th Grade Marching Band and put on a short parade.
