Grigas Business Classes

In Phase II of this year's redesign project challenge, students in Ms. G's business class were tasked with strategizing on a solution to improve space in their high school setting. While having the choice of several areas in the building (Media Center, Lobby, Cafetaria, Courtyard, or Classroom), each group selected a classroom to redesign. This class was able to take advantage of sitting in a more relaxed flexible seating layout in Ms. Foley's room first semester. They also were able to visit the AIS plant the beginning of the school year to learn more on how a company operates every day in the "real world". With having a glimpse of the possiblities of redesigning a class, this resignated with these students the importance of a "Modern" classroom in today's school system. This page shares the task at hand as well as the end results of launching this project.
