Improve Performance: Athletes will become well balanced, increase speed, increase strength, increase power, and gain a higher level of general athleticism.
Reduce Injuries: The Strength Program will increase an athletes durability and will be able to reduce the likelihood of injuries occurring as well as reduce the recovery time of athletes that do become injured. The program will also "Do No Harm," if there is a preexisting issue or problem we do not want to make it worse.
Improve School / Team Pride: Athletes who are fully invested in and take ownership in a program develop a greater sense of pride in their hard work & accomplishments as well as respect the others investing the same effort. #SaderStrong #Juice
Consistent: Athletes with be continuously participating actively in the Strength Program year round throughout their high school athletic careers.
Efficient: Athletes are performing and functioning in the best possible manner with the least waste of time and effort, while having and using learned knowledge & skills.
Proficient: Athletes are advanced and competent in physically demonstrating movements & skills, in addition helping instruct peers in strength training movements and concepts.
