Read Along

With Read Along in Google Classroom, teachers can assign reading passages and get insights into student reading performance. You can choose from almost 1,000 leveled reads and decodables and assign texts based on Lexile level or grade level. There are also texts available in Spanish and Portuguese. English Language Learner support is available in Spanish and Portuguese. Teachers will be able to see data on accuracy, speed and comprehension. Teachers can also track reading progress over time. Read Along has a library of diverse reading material and an engaging reading experience. Read Along provides real-time feedback and offers assistance when readers struggle. Students receive rewards (stars and badges) when they do well.
