NPI will utilize Trojan Tokens as an individual acknowledgement of a student’s positive behavior. Students will be responsible for collecting and keeping track of their own Trojan Tokens. Trojan Tokens can be used at the PBIS store that will be offered bi-weekly during the lunch periods. Students can use their Trojan Tokens to purchase prizes and rewards of their choice. They can also save their Trojan Tokens until the end of the school year when we will hold a raffle for larger ticket items.

The prices of prizes and rewards in the PBIS store range from 5 Trojan Tokens to 100 Trojan Tokens. Some lower priced items may include small fidgets, stickers, baseball cards, keychains, hair accessories, and more. Some higher priced items may include sports equipment, bracelet-making kits, North Pocono t-shirts, Posca markers, board games, Lego sets, and more. We also offer certificates for rewards such as skipping the lunch line, having lunch on the stage, or sitting in Mrs. Maganzini’s chair for the day.

NPI will host quarterly Blowouts as school-wide incentives. All students are invited to Blowouts, but attendance will be contingent upon student behavior. Students with two (2) major Office Discipline Referrals in one (1) marking period will be ineligible to participate in Blowouts and other privileged events.
