Child Study

Any parent/guardian/caregiver, teacher, or school staff member may refer a child to the Child Study Team if the student is struggling under current circumstances and if pre-existing modifications within the classroom are not deemed successful.

Other professional staff involved in the process and serving on the team include our principal, school psychologist, speech/language teacher, our reading specialist, intervention specialist, classroom teacher(s), specials teacher(s), special education teacher(s), and school social workers. On this team, we assist with the development of intervention and support plans.
