Talent Development Academy prepares a diverse body of at-promise youth by re-engaging them to become lifelong learners and conscious citizens, and by providing them with the skills to succeed academically and socially within a safe environment to pursue college, career, and civic pathways.

Mission Statement

Talent Development Academy is an accelerated learning academy that serves a diverse & unique body of at-promise and under-credited youth. We cultivate a safe environment that provides relevant and rigorous instruction that promotes active & personalized learning through project based, real world, and blended learning experiences. We work to overcome adversities by establishing youth relationships with adults and peers dedicated to student achievement in order to develop well-rounded young adults who will reach their full potential as productive and engaged citizens that embody self-respect and goodwill toward their communities.
